- Learn and practice at least one clinically validated technique for managing and reducing stress, even if you don’t have any extra time in your day. Or – we can work with a technique you already know and love.
- 1:1 Follow-Up Call
A 60m session for additional accountability and support, 2-3 weeks after your deep-dive session.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
Your deep-dive session will be anywhere from 1-4 hours long and your follow-up call will last about 1 hour. I highly recommend setting aside the full 4 hours so we can get the most out of our time together.
Besides our session time, we will find a passage through your current lifestyle and responsibilities. No need for rearranging schedules or finding additional time in the day for self-care, unless you want to. I would love to show you how simple this can be. Of course, if you are unwilling to put any effort or thought into stress management, then I suggest waiting until you are ready.
HOW SOON CAN I NOTICE RESULTS?
It is very common for my clients to experience a lighter easier feeling in their first and following sessions with me.
To maintain these results, will require consistency on your part, but when you do, you will continue to see improvements over months and years. Like a nice deep stretch that gets sweeter with practice.
WILL THIS WORK FOR ME, EVEN THOUGH MEDITATION DOES NOTHING FOR ME?
Meditation is only one way to soothe stress, and you can choose from many others. If meditation is the track you wish to take, then I can help you uncover the issue that is preventing it from being a fruitful experience.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC METHOD YOU TEACH?
Although I know many techniques, these sessions will be customized and based on what you do or do not need or want help with. Sessions with me are highly personalized this way, so if you want to explore a new method, we can do that. If you want to trouble-shoot your existing method, we can do that. Or if you feel so overwhelmed you don’t know where to start, I can help you with that too.
