How much weight will I reduce?

Every body is different and it will vary depending on how over-weight your body is when you start. Other factors that may affect results include underlying health conditions and whether you complete the program, however the emphasis of this program is on building healthy sustainable habits and loving the skin you’re in. Regardless of weight-loss, this program sets you up to feel better in your body, the way it is now.

I’m pretty busy… How much time will this program take?

The last thing we need is more stress after a stressful day. Love Your Body is not about spending long periods of time meal-planning, measuring food or putting hours every week into the gym.

At the standard rate of one module every 2 weeks, this program takes 6 months to complete. That gives your body plenty of time to adapt to a new mindset, automate healthy habits, reduce weight and move past self-sabotage for good.

The self-study version also allows you to go at your own pace and each module is broken up into lessons that are 5-15 minutes long. Worksheets and call-to-actions may take longer, however you can bend the program to your needs, as long as you are consistently participating. And with lifetime access, you can revisit any module at any time.

What if I fall behind?

The self-study modules are yours with lifetime access, so you can repeat modules at any time for a refresher or pick-me-up.

If you upgraded to private sessions, you’ll have a grace period of 30 days to complete your sessions after the 6 month period. You can also schedule more than 2 sessions per month if you fall behind.

I have a health condition, can I still participate in this program?

Love Your Body is a flexible framework you can apply to your life regardless of any health challenges you’re facing. You can easily customize this program to meet the recommendations and guidelines from your doctor.

Love Your Body is not intended to diagnose, treat, prescribe or otherwise cure. If you are upgrading to a private session package, a completed medical referral form will be required before we can begin working together.

Is there a diet plan?

Nutritional resources will be shared to help demonstrate quality and benefits of whole foods. While this program recommends balanced whole foods, there is no specific diet-plan that you must follow. Every body is different, so there are no one-size-fits-all plans with LYB. Instead you will be asked to examine your food choices and make some alterations if you are not seeing the results you want.

Because Love Your Body helps resolve the root causes of self-sabotaging behavior, most people find they are able to enjoy more variety in their diet while maintaining a healthy weight. LYB is about creating a maintainable lifestyle, so it feels good from the inside-out.

Will I have to exercise?

I understand that some people have pain, mobility and energy challenges to work around. Love Your Body recommends incorporating movement into your healthy lifestyle, however there are no requirements or specific fitness routines you must follow.

Exercise resources (for all levels) will be shared for your convenience. You are also welcome to continue working with your personal trainer, medical professional or any other type of exercise you enjoy while you complete this program.
