Hypnotherapy is a safe and gentle practice that uses coaching and altered consciousness to enhance learning, healing, inner-knowing and creativity. It is a powerful way to release subconscious blocks and self-sabotaging behavior, which are hard to change through willpower.

Medical research acknowledges the usefulness of hypnosis. While hypnosis is an effective adjunct to treatment, it is not a replacement for therapy or medical attention. A referral is required to use hypnosis as an adjunct to medical treatment. I will provide you with a form for your physician to complete so we can be sure hypnosis is not contraindicated.
