“I was a smoker of almost 30 years. I started very young and it was ingrained in my behavior. I honestly never thought I would be able to call myself a non-smoker. I’m very happy to say that as of Feb 11th, 2019, I am a non-smoker. I couldn’t have done it without Krystal’s help.
