When is the best time to listen?
It depends! Any time of the day – but not while driving or any other safety risk. (The soothing nature of the recording causes drowsiness.) For a positive relaxing start to your day, listen just after you wake-up. And for a restful night’s sleep, listen when you climb into bed.
