Monday Motivation: Inner Peace

It’s easy to get caught up in the stress and morning madness of returning to work on Monday. Remembering to unplug from time to time through-out the day boosts creativity, increases optimism, and relieves stress. Set a reminder if you need it, but be sure to turn off the busy brain every now and then. Listening to nature is a great way to clear your mind and get a little distance from your thoughts and feelings. It’s the perfect way to reboot.
